Panteya Social Media
During my three-month digital marketing internship at Panteya, a healthtech startup specialising in post-surgery recovery digital solutions and remote patient monitoring software, I worked with other interns to address the challenge of a significant drop in social media engagement after a two-year social media hiatus.
I was specifically tasked with content design and revitalising the digital marketing strategies to address the challenge with the goal of increasing demo conversion, client partnerships, sales and industry visibility.
These are the steps I took:
1. Market Research
In the initial stage, I focused on conducting a detailed analysis of competitors to understand their strategies and positioning.
2. SWOT Analysis
I performed a SWOT analysis for Panteya's website, social media platforms, and branding, which laid the foundation for strategic improvements.
3. Data Analytics Implementation
Data Collection and Analysis: I worked on improving data collection processes and conducted in-depth analysis to measure performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): I selected and monitored essential KPIs, aligning them with Panteya's goals.
Through the following actions, social media engagement improved significantly, which resulted in increased brand exposure, higher conversion rates, and ultimately boosted sales.
We attained three new large clients and two smaller plastic surgery and cosmetic clients.
4. Content Strategy Development
Primary Distribution Channel: I identified social media as the primary distribution channel due to its relevance to Panteya's audience.
Ideal Customer Profile: I defined the ideal customer profile to tailor content effectively.
Social Media Prioritisation: ranked the different social media channels in terms of prioritisation
Primary Content Goals: Clear content goals were set, focusing on engagement and education.
Content Pillars: I established content pillars that aligned with Panteya's offerings and client needs.
Content Outcomes: I defined specific outcomes, such as increased engagement and enhanced patient education.
Created a content calendar a month and scheduled draft posts a month in advance.
